The Social Media Analyst requires an active social skill set and is responsible for implementing social media strategies for clients. The Social Media Analyst needs to quickly understand and develop initiatives that will help clients to reach their goals and succeed in all specific campaigns of social media.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the social media channels
  • Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer case studies, customer videos briefs, posts from analysts, blog posts and customers)
  • Plan and develop social media marketing strategies which help to drive traffic and get active engagement to the website
  • Support SMM strategies by understanding consumer priorities and integrate them into content marketing generation
  • Produce content for social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Linkedin and Pinterest
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends and track social media influencers
  • Assist in link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
  • Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
  • Provide analysis and recommendations as the process evolves and can be reviewed
  • Regularly monitor social media competitor sites and generate competitor analysis reports
  • Research and administer social media marketing tools on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in support of client social media strategies
  • Assist with social media performance reports
  • Monitor social media results to coordination with client goals and benchmarks
  • Engage with social media customers and reply instantly to any mentions over Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest
  • Communication with the team and management on core developments, schedule timelines and coordinate to get required results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Assist with general day to day administration tasks
  • Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
